PROJECT REVEAL: HARBOR DRIVE

This project required full-service interior design, and is to be completed in three phases. Our clients are from Maryland, and our Phase 1 prompt was to create a high-end seasonal rental environment, with the ultimate goal of this home becoming a permanent residence for the owners, in a few years time. In phase 1, we made small structural changes, we overhauled the entire home with new paint selections, inside and out, furnished the entire home as well as the exterior spaces. We created a design that speaks to the local coastal lifestyle without the typical “beachy” design elements. We utilized textures and soft color palettes, keeping finishes natural and organic. Phases 2 and 3 are planned for the next two off-seasons.
