PROJECT REVEAL: ESTUARY TRAIL

Our clients requested a kitchen overhaul and more open living spaces in their large, upscale townhouse. This presented a unique set of challenges, as the plumbing could not be moved. We knew that we would need a visually-pleasing layout to overshadow the odd lines of the space. We selected and sourced luxury finishes and installed them throughout. The home took a lot of space planning to reconfigure, but we were able to give the client the space they were hoping for. This client is very well traveled and has several stints of living abroad, so naturally furniture and accessories have been collected. It was part of our job to sort through and select pieces, that would make this house beautiful, and reflect the homeowners unique, layered style. The NLD team also helped update bathrooms and guest rooms in the home with the same principles and style in mind.
